On Saturday September 13, 2014, 500 People Prayed for the persecuted church both in the Middle East and around the world. Two days later world’s top diplomats pledged to support Iraq in its fight against Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).
The group of 500 Christians met at Queen’s Park in Toronto, and prayed as the marched to the US consulate in hopes that their cries will be heard. This group knows that something must be done to end the horrific persecution of Christians that is happening due to terrorist groups such as ISIS and Boko Horam.
