In light of today’s ruling by Justice Susan Himel striking down Canada’s anti-prostitution laws, the Institute for Canadian Values asks Ontario’s Premier to appeal this lower court decision. Dr. Charles McVety states “it is imperative that Premier Dalton McGuinty act decisively to protect Ontarians from the scourge of legalized prostitution. If our Premier allows this ruling to stand he will be placing our children in danger, women at risk and families in jeopardy”
The ICV is asking Ontarians to sign a petition demanding the appeal of this irresponsible decision by going to www.stopprostitution.ca starting Wednesday, Sept 29th.
